Joe Behrman
President/Chief Executive Officer
A recognized industry leader and subject matter expert in electrical construction and integration, Joe Behrman is the reason M2 Integration was started in 2017. Joe began his professional career as an electrician, and advanced rapidly through Program Management to General Manager to Vice-President of Maranatha Electrical, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oregon Iron Works (OIW). As VP, Joe led large teams and generated more than $15M in revenue annually. His business development efforts were instrumental in the OIW/Vigor merger in 2014. As Director of Business Development at Vigor, Joe leveraged his existing relationships, his leadership skills and his business development expertise to bring in Government Aerospace contracts exceeding $500M. Joe’s project experience spans industries that include Industrial Construction, Aerospace Complex Fabrication, and Green Energy Installations. He’s particularly talented in managing all aspects of dynamic and fast-paced businesses and in leading complex programs.
Jason Graham
Vice President
Joining M2 in 2019, Jason Graham brings over 25 years of business and project management experience. He has direct experience in all aspects of business and project management, including planning, forecasting, accounting, and sales. He has served as manager of project controls on numerous high-profile, high-pace projects, and in this capacity has managed complex schedules, forecasts, and elaborate project health reports and corrective actions. Jason’s focus is on building strong relationships with stakeholders. He is known for his unique ability to communicate complicated concepts and requirements effectively with staff of all levels.
Susanne Sullivan
Director of Finance
Joining M2 Integration in 2023, Susanne brings over 17 years of experience in accounting, finance, and government aerospace contracting with deep expertise in FAR- and CAS-compliance. She previously served as M2’s Controller, where she led core accounting operations and strengthened financial controls, reporting, and compliance to support the company’s growth and expanding government programs. As Director of Finance, Susanne serves as M2’s senior financial leader, with responsibility for financial strategy, enterprise-wide financial oversight, and long-range planning. She oversees financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, and audit readiness. While partnering closely with executive and operational leaders, Susanne brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to decision-making that supports both operational execution and long-term organizational goals.
Mark Brahmstadt
Aerospace Operations Director
Joining M2 Integration in February 2024, Mark Brahmstadt brings over 25 years of experience in business and project management, with a strong focus on operations. As Aerospace Operations Director, Mark leverages his leadership skills and innovative approach to optimize day-to-day operations, drive operational excellence, and implement M2's business strategy. His expertise spans operational efficiency, program management, and strategic execution. With a proven track record at Archer Energy Solutions, Fiserv, and ADP, Mark excels in building teams and fostering continuous improvement and quality across the organization. His ability to swiftly and adeptly respond to dynamic conditions empowers teams to successfully navigate significant changes.
Shon Shiiki
Commercial Leader
Shon has been integral to M2’s growth since 2018. He worked closely with M2’s CEO to stand up the business and deliver early customer work. As the Commercial Leader, Shon Shiiki owns the execution of commercial projects from sales through closeout. He serves as the primary point of contact for customers, aligning scope, schedule, cost, and risk while ensuring clear communication and predictable delivery. An electrician by training, Shon brings a field-tested, customer-first perspective shaped by hands-on commercial work across residential and industrial projects. His experience spanning electrical construction, procurement, and project management allows him to translate customer needs into executable plans. He partners closely with Operations and Accounting to deliver results by managing risk, forecasting, and financial performance while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Valerie Williams-Hurwitz
Director of Human Resources
In September 2023, Valerie Williams-Hurwitz joined M2’s leadership team as Director of Human Resources. Valerie is an experienced coach, trusted advisor, and creative problem solver. She has over 18 years of experience overseeing, designing, and administering systems for all aspects of human resources. As Director of Human Resources at M2, she is responsible for introducing frameworks, tools and programs to increase employee productivity, to support a culture of trust and employee well-being while improving operational effectiveness. Valerie enjoys the challenge of customizing people strategies to align with business objectives to create a win-win for all, keeping engagement strong and turnover low.
